FAQ

Operational answers

Do members need dashboard access to register attendance?

No. Members can answer attendance from Discord, but they can also do it from the Dashboard.

Is there a payout calculator?

Not currently. It is on the roadmap.

Can we export data?

Yes. Ator supports member export and backup export/import in XLSX format.

Why would someone get "You do not have dashboard access"?

Usually because their mapped member role is missing or changed. Recheck role mapping, then re-login to refresh access.
